 Black Behind the Chair is a podcast that explores the intersection of beauty standards, global politics, and the lived experiences of Black women in the beauty industry.  

 Hosts; Tee Dizzle, an entrepreneur, beauty industy actitivst and industry veteran, and M-Pad,  a rebel with a cause and dynamic force for progress in the beauty industry and beyond-- get together every other Sunday evening to create a platform that empowers Black women, challenges the status quo, and ignites powerful conversations around the true meaning of beauty in a complex world.
